Burkhard Kusterer is an accomplished real estate professional with over 15 years of experience in project development, investment management, and strategic business growth across Europe and international markets. He brings a rare combination of technical expertise, entrepreneurial drive, and a deep understanding of institutional-grade real estate processes.
In addition to his role at Real One Capital Partners, Burkhard has served as Director of Business Development at KVL International GmbH, where he led complex real estate development and construction management initiatives across Europe. He is also a Partner at SOENT Group, a private investment platform focused on value-driven and sustainable real estate strategies.
Burkhard specializes in structuring cross-border investment vehicles, coordinating complex development pipelines, and aligning capital deployment with long-term urban growth. His portfolio includes mixed-use developments, healthcare infrastructure, and branded residential projects across major European markets.
He holds a degree in engineering (Bauingenieurwesen) and is fluent in German and English.
