Her background spans legal due diligence, structuring of partnerships and joint ventures, and comprehensive legal support for cross-border deals in infrastructure, technology, and industrial sectors.
Her expertise lies in building transparent legal frameworks that balance strategic flexibility with regulatory precision. Daria has extensive experience leading legal reviews for asset acquisitions, managing corporate restructuring processes, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams across multiple jurisdictions to ensure full compliance and deal integrity.
A graduate of Moscow State University’s Faculty of Law, Daria combines a deep understanding of legal systems with a practical approach to governance and risk management. She is particularly focused on establishing sustainable legal infrastructures that support long-term partnerships and investor confidence.
Fluent in English and French, Daria is currently based in Barcelona and brings a global mindset, strategic clarity, and a reputation for precision, discretion, and trust in every project she undertakes.
