His expertise spans the full investment cycle — from sourcing and acquiring assets to managing Value Add and Opportunistic real estate strategies across residential, commercial, and hospitality sectors.
Evgeny has led and overseen real estate development projects both in Russia and across Europe, including large-scale residential complexes, mixed-use urban regeneration schemes, and hospitality assets.
Throughout his career, he has managed cross-border acquisition mandates, advised institutional investors and family offices, and built long-term relationships with private capital partners. He is also highly experienced in market analysis, project feasibility studies, and the brokerage of high-end residential and hospitality properties.
