Over the course of his career, Jesús Menéndez has held senior executive positions, including General Manager roles in internationally recognized hotel chains and tourism groups, both in Spain and abroad.
His professional expertise covers the entire spectrum of hotel management, with a strong focus on strategic leadership, commercialization, marketing, yield management, and human resources. Beyond operations, Jesús Menéndez has gained extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions, leasing, and asset management of hotels, resorts, and golf courses, providing valuable guidance for investors and owners seeking to maximize returns and secure long-term growth.
Throughout his career, Jesús Menéndez has been entrusted with the planning, opening, and launch of more than 58 four- and five-star hotels across Spain—Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Seville, Granada, Badajoz, and A Coruña—as well as internationally in Venezuela, Egypt, Tunisia, and Saint Barth (French Antilles). His deep knowledge of both the European and international hospitality markets allows him to bridge global practices with local needs, ensuring successful project execution in diverse cultural and business environments.
In addition to hotels, Jesús Menéndez has also specialized in institutional catering management, particularly for hospitals and major convention centers, further broadening his operational scope within the hospitality industry.
