Marin Dimitrov is a real assets professional with 23+ years of professional experience in the fields of real estate investments, private equity and banking. During his career Marin held senior managerial positions within Investments Underwriting, Portfolio Management and Risk Management departments of reputable investment companies such as Invesco Real Estate GmbH, Corestate Fund Management SARL, GAM S.A. and Fundrock S.A. in Munich and Luxembourg. He has a strong track record in deal sourcing, underwriting, analysis, due diligence, transactions management and execution of real asset deals. Marin is a distinguished negotiator, real estate and real estate debt fund manager, structurer and AIFM Directive specialist. Mr. Dimitrov has an MBA in International Real Estate Management from South Bank University, London / Bauakademie Biberach and two university degrees in Finance from TU Dresden, Germany and University of Cape Town, South Africa.
