Nikita Redkin is an Associate at Real One Capital Partners, where he is responsible for investor relations, communications, and organizational management. He plays an important role in developing and maintaining relationships with investors and developers, coordinating project communications, and supporting the firm’s strategic initiatives through market analysis and research. In addition, he manages administrative and operational processes, ensuring smooth execution across projects and enhancing internal efficiency.
Before joining Real One Capital Partners, Nikita gained substantial experience in direct sales of complex products to HNWI clients, which provided him with a strong commercial background and a client-focused approach. He also brings in-field knowledge of the real estate sales market and outstanding communication skills, which enable him to work effectively with both local and international stakeholders.
Fluent in English and Spanish, Nikita contributes to the firm’s global reach and supports cross-border collaboration. As a young professional, he is actively building expertise in real estate investment, capital raising, and strategic partnerships, reinforcing the growth and professionalism of the company.
