Sergey Volchenkov is a senior executive with over 20 years of experience in M&A, wealth management, cross-border investments, and strategic capital structuring for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients. He has led and advised on investment programs across Europe, the CIS, and the Gulf region, with a focus on real estate, private equity, and complex asset strategies.
He has held CEO and managing director roles at international investment and asset management firms, and for several years headed one of the most successful Luxembourg-based investment funds focused on real estate and special situations across Western Europe. Under his leadership, the fund achieved significant growth in assets under management and delivered consistently strong returns to its investors.
Sergey’s core expertise includes discretionary asset management, family wealth structuring, regulated and bespoke investment vehicles, and real estate project oversight. He has led large-scale acquisition and repositioning strategies in hospitality, residential, and commercial sectors, and has worked closely with sovereign and institutional investors, including capital from Asia and the Middle East.
Fluent in English, German, Luxembourgish and native Russian, and holding a PhD in Economics, Sergey is recognized for his strategic vision, operational discipline, and deep understanding of complex, cross-border investment environments.
