Marin Dimitrov

Marin Dimitrov is a senior real assets professional with over 23 years of international experience in real estate investments, private equity, and banking.

During his career, he has held senior management positions in investment underwriting, portfolio management, and risk management at leading institutional platforms, including Invesco Real Estate GmbH, Corestate Fund Management S.à r.l., GAM S.A., and Fundrock S.A., operating primarily from Munich and Luxembourg.

He has a strong track record across the full real asset investment lifecycle, including deal sourcing, underwriting, financial analysis, due diligence, transaction management, and execution. Marin is a highly experienced negotiator, real estate and real estate debt fund manager, and structuring professional, with deep expertise in AIFM-compliant fund structures.

Marin holds an MBA in International Real Estate Management from South Bank University, London / Bauakademie Biberach, as well as two Finance degrees from TU Dresden, Germany, and the University of Cape Town, South Africa.
